Sibley Bacon is an applied researcher, mentor, and functional artist whose work focuses on improving team execution effectiveness. Drawing on her 30+ years of infrastructure engineering experience across several companies including PeopleSoft, Workday, and Google, she has developed a set of practical tools to address 90% of the issues that undermine team and business sustainability. Inspired by her artist parents, Sibley brings a unique creative perspective to her work, fostering a collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving. She shares her research and tools with students at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business – Executive Education and works with individuals and leaders, both one-on-one and in group settings, to drive significant improvements in team performance.
